• Establishing typical transaction patterns based on user behavior and game progression to identify irregular activity.
• Implementing transaction limits and thresholds, which may be adjusted to mitigate risk.
• Flagging accounts that engage in frequent, unusually large, or abnormal transactions for further review.
• Suspending, canceling, or refusing transactions that are deemed suspicious and, where required, reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

FCOINSHOP maintains records of user identification, transaction histories, and any activities identified as suspicious. We comply with applicable reporting obligations and reserve the right to refuse service at any stage if criminal or unlawful activity is suspected.

4. Identifying Suspicious Activity

FCOINSHOP actively monitors accounts for indicators of suspicious or potentially unlawful behavior, including but not limited to:

• Providing false, misleading, or insufficient user information.
• Requests for cash-based payments.
• Payments made to or received from unrelated third parties.
• Transactions involving jurisdictions identified as high-risk.
• Overpayments followed by refund requests, particularly where refunds are directed to third parties.
• Sudden or unexplained spikes in transaction volume or account activity.
• Transactions involving self-created or manipulated offers.
• Multiple accounts operated or controlled by the same individual.
• Attempts to confirm delivery before services are fully completed.
• Unauthorized return or reversal requests of delivered products or services.

5. FCOINSHOP Responsibilities

To maintain a secure and compliant platform, FCOINSHOP undertakes the following responsibilities:

• Verifying buyers and payment methods before processing transactions.
• Holding funds until services are verified as properly completed.
• Issuing refunds when services are not delivered in accordance with agreed terms.

In the event of a dispute, FCOINSHOP’s Final Resolution Committee may:

• Continue holding funds until the order status is conclusively determined.
• Conduct investigations necessary to reach a fair and final resolution.

FCOINSHOP enforces a zero-tolerance approach toward fraud, identity theft, and financial crime. We cooperate with relevant domestic and international authorities and may take legal action against individuals or entities engaged in unlawful conduct.
