FCOINSHOP Trade Assurance Policy

Introduction

With FCOINSHOP’s Trade Assurance, you can place orders with confidence, knowing that your transactions are protected under clearly defined rules. Trade Assurance ensures that services and virtual item deliveries are fulfilled as described on the FCOINSHOP platform, providing buyers with additional peace of mind.

1. What Trade Assurance Covers

Trade Assurance protects buyers in the following situations:

  • Non-Delivery: The buyer does not receive the ordered item or service.
  • Not as Described: The item or service received materially differs from the description provided at the time of purchase.

2. What Trade Assurance Does Not Cover

Trade Assurance does not apply to the following circumstances:

  • The buyer has already confirmed receipt or completion of the order.
  • The buyer experiences regret, changes their mind, or no longer wishes to proceed after placing the order.
  • Transactions conducted outside of the official FCOINSHOP platform.
  • Any changes, restrictions, bans, or adjustments made by the game publisher or developer after the transaction has been completed.

3. Fraudulent Claims

FCOINSHOP treats fraudulent or abusive claims with zero tolerance. Buyers who submit false, misleading, or bad-faith claims may have their accounts suspended or terminated, and FCOINSHOP reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.

4. Claim Window

Buyers must report any issues within 72 hours after the item or service has been marked as shipped or delivered by FCOINSHOP. If no issue is reported within this timeframe, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the order. Once an order is confirmed as received and completed, refunds and claims under Trade Assurance are no longer available.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, buyers are required to cooperate with FCOINSHOP and provide all requested information or evidence within 72 hours. Failure to respond within this period will be considered confirmation that the issue has been resolved, and the dispute will be closed accordingly.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Trade Assurance does not cover payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims initiated directly with payment providers or financial institutions. If such a dispute occurs, FCOINSHOP will cease its internal investigation, and no additional refund or Trade Assurance claims will be accepted.

7. No Product Warranty

Trade Assurance is not a product warranty. It is a procedural protection mechanism that defines the responsibilities and obligations of buyers and FCOINSHOP to ensure fair and transparent transactions.

8. Transaction Limits for Buyers

To maintain platform security and prevent abuse, FCOINSHOP applies transaction limits based on account age and purchase history. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

New Users (Accounts Registered Within 6 Months)

  • Daily transaction cap: USD 700 (or equivalent).
  • Single transaction limit: USD 500 (or equivalent).
  • Monthly purchase threshold: Accounts exceeding USD 2,000 in a single month may be restricted.
  • Maximum of 3 transactions per day, with a combined daily cap of USD 1,000.

Existing Users (Accounts Registered Over 6 Months)

  • Daily transaction cap: USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
  • Single transaction limit: USD 2,000 (or equivalent).
  • Monthly purchase threshold: Accounts exceeding USD 5,000 in a single month may be restricted.
  • Maximum of 5 transactions per day, with a combined daily cap of USD 2,000.
  • Accounts registered for over 6 months but without recent transaction activity may be treated as new users.

FCOINSHOP reserves the right to impose additional transaction limits or restrictions based on user behavior, risk assessment, or compliance requirements.
